We strive to display products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update product availability at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders we believe are fraudulent or placed in error. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the item ships.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50.00 as described at checkout.
6. Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Kay Beauty or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kay Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Products are provided "as is" except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (Update this to your state of business if different.)
